近日，氢羿能源成功中标国网江西省电力有限公司电力科学研究院（以下简称“国网江西电科院”）“PEM 纯水电解制氢装置采购项目”。包含设备的生产、供应、运输及后续相关配套服务。
Recently, Hydrogen E Energy successfully won the bid for the 'PEM Pure Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Equipment Procurement Project' of the State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Company Power Science Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as 'State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Science Research Institute'). This includes the production, supply, transportation of the equipment, and subsequent related supporting services.
项目背景：
该项目由国网江西电科院发起。作为省电力公司的核心科研机构，此次采购 PEM 制氢装置主要服务于电网侧氢能应用研究：
该PEM（质子交换膜）纯水电解制氢装置预计将用于验证绿电波动环境下 PEM 制氢系统的响应特性，为电网柔性负荷调节提供实测数据。作为江西省内电网系统较早落地的PEM制氢科研装置，该项目将为后续区域性氢能储能示范站的建设提供技术选型参考。
Project Background:
This project was initiated by the State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Research Institute. As the core research institution of the provincial power company, this procurement of a PEM hydrogen production device is mainly aimed at serving research on hydrogen energy applications on the grid side:
This PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) pure water electrolysis hydrogen production device is expected to be used to verify the response characteristics of the PEM hydrogen production system under fluctuating green power conditions and to provide measured data for flexible load regulation of the grid. As one of the earlier PEM hydrogen research devices implemented in the Jiangxi provincial grid system, this project will provide technical selection references for the construction of future regional hydrogen energy storage demonstration stations.
技术路线：
此次设备为 PEM 纯水电解技术路线。相比传统碱性制氢，该技术路线不使用碱液，更适合实验室环境及需要快速启停切换的电网调峰科研模拟。
Technical Route:
This equipment follows the PEM pure water electrolysis technical route. Compared with traditional alkaline hydrogen production, this technical route does not use alkaline solution, making it more suitable for laboratory environments and for grid peak regulation research simulations that require rapid start-stop switching.
